Pham Thi Phuong Que (31), a Vietnamese woman, was arrested for slashing another female with a knife, attempting to kill her in Hashima City.
According to police, Pham is suspected of attempted murder, with the victim sustaining cuts that will take about two weeks to heal.
Pham denies the charges, stating that, “I had no intent to kill.”
