0

Three Vietnamese – two men and one woman – were arrested by the Shimotosuke Police on suspicion of fraud, using an electronic payment service registered with fraudulently obtained credit card information under another person’s name.

The three had roles as executor, recruiter, and director, but all have denied the allegations, saying, “I have nothing to do with this.”

Regarding this case, another Vietnamese man was arrested on the same charges in November of last year, bringing the total number of arrests to four.
