A chef at a high-end sushi restaurant listed in the Michelin Guide Tokyo has been arrested on suspicion of indecent behavior towards a woman.
In April, sushi chef Shota Kobayashi is suspected of committing indecent acts, including touching and kissing a woman in her 30’s near the entrance of Tokyo Metro’s Roppongi Station.
The woman was sitting on the stairs waiting for the first train when the suspect suddenly hugged her from behind. He admitted to the charges, saying that he was horny because of work stress and alcohol.
