Kaito Tsujimura (20), a man from Hashima City was arrested for communicating with an underage girl he met through social media, despite already knowing this. Through voice calls and direct messages, he is suspected of persuading her to leave home and go out with him.
He then took the girl into his car for a 10 hour drive, and is now under investigation for abducting a minor.
The girl’s mother had reported her missing, prompting a police investigation. The girl was ultimately found and the man arrested.
