On the night of April 29, a foreign man was found collapsed and bleeding on the grounds of a housing complex in Kawaguchi, Saitama Prefecture, and died in the hospital where he was taken. The man is believed to have been attacked with a knife, and police are investigating the whereabouts of a man who fled the scene in what they believe to be dispute between foreigners.
At around 9pm on April 29, police received a report that several people, believed to be Vietnamese, were making noise with knives in the premises of an apartment in Kawaguchi City.
A foreign man in his 20’s or 30’s, who was bleeding and lying on the scene, was taken to hospital, but died shortly afterwards.
