A Vietnamese National, Me Binh Quang (26), has been arrested for transporting stolen electric bicycle batteries. He is suspected of conspiring with two others, and when he was pulled over, officers conduced a stop on the three men.
When police discovered 13 electric bicycle batteries inside the vehicle, the two other men fled the scene. During questioning, they discovered one of the batteries had been reported stolen-leading to his arrest. Me Binh Quang denies the allegation, stating “I didn’t do anything.”
