A Turkish man has been arrested on charges of breaking into homes with the intent to steal and causing injuries by assaulting a man he encountered during his search.

According to the police, the suspect, Parak Bayram, who holds Turkish nationality, is suspected of breaking into a residence in Saitama City in May of this year, along with his accomplices. While searching the room, they were confronted by a 55-year-old male resident and allegedly struck him in the face, causing minor injuries. In addition to this incident, in June, Bayram and his associates are suspected of breaking into a hospital in Tokyo’s Kita Ward with the intention of stealing valuables.

It is believed that Bayram used tools to break windows, unlock doors, and gain entry in both cases. Similar burglary cases employing the same methods have been reported in the southern part of the prefecture. The police are investigating Bayram’s involvement in at least 20 such cases.
