A 33-year-old Filipino national was arrested for indecently assaulting an unacquainted teenager woman at a shop in Fuji City, Shizuoka Prefecture.
The man was arrested on suspicion of non-consensual obscenity, a Filipino national and a self-styled construction worker living in the city. He is suspected of indecently assaulting a teenage girl without her consent at a shop in the city at around 7pm on September 30.
According to the police, the police station was notified by the girl who talked to her parents after returning home. The suspect was identified from security camera footage and other sources. The two aren’t known to each other.
Police haven’t revealed whether the suspect, Gonzalez has admitted to the charges and are investigating further crimes.
