An unemployed man, 68, self-proclaimed Pakistani National living in Hamamatsu City, was arrested on suspicion of non-consensual obscenity. According to the police, the man is suspected of having kissed two teenage girls on a street in the city, at around 11 A.M. on August 25.
The incident was discovered and the man was arrested at around 2 P.M. on the same day, when the women reported the incident at a police station.
The man and the victim have never met, and when questioned by police, he admitted to approaching her, but denied committing the indecent act.
