Prakash Mahatara (25), a Nepalese National was arrested for throwing eight roadside garbage bins and a plastic bottle collection into train tracks in Tokyo. Due to this, nine train lines experienced delays of up to 31 minutes, affecting around 5,000 people.
The garbage was scattered across more than 240 meters of track.
When questioned about why, Mahatara reportedly said, “I don’t remember.”
