Yusuke Kimura (34), was re-arrested in Osaka for violating the Anti-Prostitution Law – introducing two women to men as prostitutes through social media. Two other men were also arrested on the same charges.
According to police, Kimura is believed to be the leader of a prostitution ring, and estimate the group has extorted 130 young women, generating 1.9 billion yen in annual revenue.
Two women were reportedly driven around for five days, across Hyogo, Okayama, and Tottori, being forced in to prostitution with about 70 men.
