According to the announcement by the Osaka Prefectural Police Headquarters, around 1:30 AM on September 12, the man is suspected of disrupting the restaurant’s operations by playing loud music and recording videos for broadcasting inside a beef bowl chain restaurant in Osaka’s Chuo Ward. He remains silent during the investigation.
The man has been streaming videos of nuisance behavior under the name “Johnny Somari” and was previously arrested on suspicion of entering a construction site in Osaka without permission.
