Johnny Somali faced judgment for his actions last September when he filmed a video at a restaurant in Osaka’s Minami district. While recording, he played loud music, disrupting the establishment’s operations. Throughout the trial, Johnny Somali partially denied the charges, claiming that the music played unintentionally.

In the verdict on the 10th of this month, the Osaka District Court stated, “The defendant could have voluntarily lowered the volume of the music. The defendant’s criminal responsibility cannot be taken lightly,” and imposed a fine of 200,000 yen.
