Two Vietnamese were being questioned by the police for overstaying there visas and during questioning, started running in opposite directions. While the police was chasing after one, naturally the other escaped.
During the pursuit, an onlooker who saw the chase blocked the Vietnamese, helping the police catch the illegal alien.
