A 35-year-old man, identified as Mr. Seki, a self-proclaimed English teacher from Ichikawa City, has been arrested on suspicion of engaging in non-consensual sexual acts with a man in his 20’s at a bathing facility in Kashiwa City, Chiba Prefecture on the 14th. According to the police, Seki committed the act when there were no other customers nearby. The victim reported the incident to the police, who promptly arrested Seki on the scene. During questioning, Seki admitted to the allegations, stating, “I did it to satisfy my sexual desires.”
