Hiroki Takano (46), an associate professor at Gifu University was arrested for engaging in non-consensual sexual acts with a woman on campus.
The victim is a girl in her 20’s, but Takano had denied the allegations during questioning. The incident came to light when the women reported it to police and Gifu University has stated they regret the incident and are working with police to take strict action once the face are confirmed.
