Masaki Rasai Takiwaki (21), a Filipino National and leader of a gang called “Blackout,” was arrested for intruding into an apartment in Osaka, carrying a police baton.
The charges are for unlawful assembly, possession of a weapon and trespassing into a residence.
It is believed that a member of a different group was present in one of the rooms of the apartment, and there was a dispute.
Security camera footage from the apartment building showed more than a dozen individuals wearing masks and hoods.
