On the 29th, the Hyogo Prefectural Police’s Itami Police Station arrested a 48-year-old male hairdresser residing in Itami City on suspicion of non-consensual sexual intercourse with a female employee (28) of a delivery health (dispatch-type adult entertainment) establishment, whom he had allegedly assaulted.
The arrest is based on suspicion that around 11:10 PM on the 28th, the male had sexual intercourse with the female (28) whom he had called to his home without her consent. During the investigation, he reportedly admitted to the act but claimed that he thought there was consent.
According to the police, the female had reportedly resisted, saying, “No, I don’t want to do this,” but the male continued the act, causing her to leave his home. She then reported the incident to the establishment. After receiving a call from the establishment asking, “What’s going on? She says she’s coming to your house,” the male felt frightened and called 110 around midnight on the 29th, asking, “She’s saying she’s coming to my house. What should I do?” When police officers heard statements from both parties, it became evident that the male had assaulted the female, leading to his arrest.
