Revana Zongia Ezekiel (23), a Congolese National and self-proclaimed martial artist, was arrested for impersonating a police officer, stealing cash cards and money from elderly people. One victim included an 80-year-old woman living in Sakai City, stealing 1.22 million yen in cash.
According to police, the Congolese National posed as an officer and used a fake business card with a non-existent division written on it. Police have also linked the Congolese National to four other thefts that occurred in Tokyo using the same method.
