Wang Xueyun (36), a Chinese National, is suspected of stabbing and killing a 25-year-old company employee in a Tokorozawa apartment in December last year.
According to investigators, Wang was allegedly running an illegal sex business in the apartment.
Since the victim and Wang did not know each other, police believe that a financial dispute may have broken out inside the room on the day of the incident, leading to the crime.
During questioning, Wang remained silent, stating, “I don’t want to talk.”
When Wang was taken into custody, she had bruises on her face, leading police to investigate whether she was also injured by the victim and to determine the full circumstances of the incident.
