Em Pechenda (35), a Cambodian National and technical trainee, was caught in the act, and arrested for attempting to kill his girlfriend by cutting her neck with a knife.
In Okayama City, Em got into an argument with the women and attempted to kill her. A call to police was made by someone related to Em’s workplace and police rushed to the scene.
The woman’s life is not in danger. During questioning, Em denies the charges, stating that “I tried to catch her as she was about to fall over and the kitchen knife I was holding stabbed her in the neck.”
