Five people, including the manager and employees of a brothel in Nakasu, Fukuoka City, were arrested for providing female employees with a place to engage in prostitution.
Takuya Miyazaki, 43, the manager of GOLD RICHARD NAKASU, a brothel in Fukuoka City, and four male employees were arrested on suspicion of violating the Anti-Prostitution Law. Miyazaki and the other are suspected of knowing that female employees would engage in prostitution with unspecified customers between December to January, collecting fees and allowing them to use the private rooms of the shop.
The police haven’t revealed whether the five men have admitted guilty to the charges. The shop was a four-story building with six rooms, and the police are looking into the details of how it was run.
