A 20-year-old British man was arrested in Niseko, Hokkaido, for failing to stop at a designated stop sign. The man, who claims to be a hotel employee was arrested on the spot.
A police officer on patrol in a witnessed the failure to stop and, after questioning him, arrested him near the scene. According to the police, the man did not have a driver’s license in his possession.
