The Iga Police Department announced on February 16 the arrest of a 59-year-old Brazilian national living in Iga of Mie Prefecture on suspicion of sexual molestation of a minor. He denies the charges.
“I haven’t commited any form of molestation,” the suspect saids.
The suspect has been accused of committing the crime in a car park on a farm road in the city where he fondled the victim’s breasts.
The incident was reported to police and investigations are now being conducted.
