A black man was found disturbing the peace at a Starbucks in Japan. The following video was caught on video by a foreign bystander trying to diffuse the situation.
The incident seems to have stemmed when the black man started playing music and the staff asked him to turn it off. He then got agitated and eventually unfolded to what you see on video. The police eventually arrived on the scene.
