Bui Van Nam, a 31-year old Vietnamese National was arrested in Nagoya City for possessing counterfeit Louis Vuitton wallets with the intent to sell.
Bui had already been arrested int he past for giving out haircuts without a barber’s license. During investigations, police found 40 items, all believed to be counterfeit, including wallets and sneakers of brand name goods.
