The Turkish National who was arrested for sexually assaulting a woman and dragging her into a park in Kawaguchi City has been released without charges.
The 37-year-old Turkish man was arrested in January of this year on suspicion of committing sexual assault against a woman in her 40’s at a park in Kawaguchi City. However, on the 11th, the Saitama District Public Prosecutors Office decided to drop the charges.
The prosecutors did not disclose the reason for the decision.
