A 62-year-old man from Minamisoma City has been arrested for using methamphetamine.
Before his arrest, the man was involved in a single-vehicle traffic accident in Futaba Town. When police arrived at the scene, they noticed his suspicious behavior and speech. Upon conducting a test, they detected methamphetamine use.
The man has admitted to the charges.
